Q. When should I expect delivery of my furniture?

A. Furniture is typically delivered 1-2 days prior to show open. A delivery date will be shown on your order confirmation. Should you require a specific day, just let your account executive know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q. Who is my contact at show site?

A. Your account executive is your contact. We are linked with our logistics people to answer any questions you have quickly.

Q. Who is responsible for damages and loss?

A. Agile will deliver your furniture in “show ready” condition. We have our clients sign off upon delivery and pick up to guarantee customer satisfaction and assure no product is lost or damaged. 

Q. Do I have to use the show contractor for my furnishings?

A. No, You are entitled to your choice of furniture vendor.

Q. What are the Terms and Conditions for my Agile Order?

A. Payment: In order to guarantee prompt delivery, orders must be received and payment made 3 days prior to the show. Agile accepts all major credit cards or a company check drawn on a U.S. bank. If you do not receive confirmation within 5 days prior to the show, please contact us at (212) 736-6566 or fax your request to (212) 736-4205.

Cancellations: If cancelled within 5 days prior to move in a 50% charge will be applied. If canceled after move-in begins, no refund will be processed.
