Order Terms and Conditions

Payment: In order to guarantee delivery, all orders must be received and full payment made no later than 10 days prior to the show. Payment may be made by credit card, or a check drawn on a U.S. bank. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 days, please contact us at (877) 244-5357.

Late Orders: Orders received within 10 days prior to show opening are subject to a 20% late fee.

Show Site Orders: Orders received on the show site are subject to a 30% late fee.

Cancellations: If cancelled within 5 days prior to move in a 50% charge will be applied. If canceled after move-in begins, no refund will be processed.

These Terms and Conditions May Change

Agile Trade Show Furnishings, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this Web site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Web site.

Applicable Law

Recipient hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the courts to the State of New York, in the city of New York and waives any objection to the venue laid therein for any dispute in connection with this memo. Recipient shall pay all arbitration and court costs, reasonable attorneys fees and legal interest on any award or judgment.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Agile Trade Show and Event Furnishings, Inc. shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any non-US court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the opinion of Agile Trade Show and Event Furnishings, Inc., such action is necessary or desirable.
